These relationships help in sustaining the best business practices that make a company successful. Weak organizational structure: the organizational structure was weak because when Milward established the company, he placed all his loyal friends in different positions without noticing if they had relevant experience or qualification

Incompetent Management: The management lacked proficient technical or cognitive skills, and this makes their supervisory control over subordinates ineffective as well.

Lack of communication: Employees working in various departments were supposed to carry out their work on their own and were not encouraged to communicate their problems to their departmental heads or the CEO. It made the organizational culture weak because people did not feel valued in the organization as their input or feedback was not taken. 

Lack of motivation & Innovation: No focus on intrinsic or extrinsic awards. Employees were being paid as per their work, and many felt that they were underpaid, so employees felt de-motivated to carry out their jobs effectively.

Focus on Individualistic goals: Individualistic goals do not require any cooperation from peers or supervisors as employees are supposed to act self-sufficient and need to have the ability to achieve their tasks on their own.

Analysis of Key Issues: If the management of an organization is weak, then it disrupts the whole system. Most importantly, it has a negative impact on the work environment. Thus, it can be said that the core issues within the company were related to the management as they were not providing appropriate rewards, unable to take effective measures to solve the problems of the employees or review their performances as per their task.

Key Findings: Even though many scholars believe that the management establishes the organizational culture, but it is still true to state that employees have a certain amount of control over organizational culture. Even in a bureaucratic setup, employees in the same department can establish cordial relations with each other as culture is a pattern of shared behavior or information that is developed by a group of people who are closely linked with each other in order to achieve the organizational objective. Thus, it can be said that the group of people makes up a corporate culture, and if they work together, they can build a culture that focuses on personal and professional development

Re-establish Management: New competent management

Promote multi-diverse teams: Heterogeneous groups are more competent, innovative and have the ability to solve problems.

Establish strict norms in the organization: So that staff members abide by the rules and work proactively.

Introduce Intrinsic & Extrinsic rewards: In order to motivate the employees

Assign Challenging Tasks: In order to stretch their abilities and be motivated to accomplish difficult tasks

Focus on Innovation: In order to remove uninteresting and monotonous tasks.

Listening to employee grievances: In order to understand the personal problems of employees and provide solutions

Appropriate Resource Allocation: Updated resources equipment facilitate work

Networking: In order to build relationships

Performance indicators and Assessments: In order to judge the performances of the employees according to their competencies

Performances assessments problems will occur in the organization as the main problems lie with the management itself.

Self-directed change: To have the ability to bring about a change in the organization to drive the workforce towards productivity.

Open Dialogue: To have a medium of communication. Interaction with employees.

Communication Skills: To facilitate coordination among the departments

Universal Accountability Standards: To have effective control mechanisms.

Influential Leadership: to have the ability to transform ideas to employees, exhibit a charismatic personality

Training & Development: To instill training & development to reduce to polish technical and personal skills and motivate employees

Employee Engagement: To focus on relationship building

Assessing knowledge & Skills: To make effective use of performance indicators to monitor performances. Need of Appraisals to judge the competencies of the employees.
