Psychologists claim that students who have mini-breaks are able to have a good time with happy memories as compared to those with those students who break for long holidays. Short breaks help students to memorize better of what they have learned previously. According to Roberts, a study conducted by Prof Ariely, a teacher at Duke University in North Carolina, reveals that the last day of a long vacation is boring as compared to the first day of the same vacation and so Prof. Ariery agrees with the fact that shorts breaks are very exciting and there beneficial to students, therefore, he supports the adoption of short holidays in schools (Roberts Web).

In conclusion, shorts breaks have a lot of excitement and benefits students as opposed to long breaks that may be boring and tiresome with less happy memories.
