The number of people who responded to the survey was 225, but for the sake of the analysis, this study selected only the 183 respondents with “yes” answer to the third question, stating that they would be customers to the café once it is opened. About 135 students promised to be customers out of the 183. This showed that the café would have more students than the faculty staff as customers. The current school standing has seniors as the majority, followed by the sophomore. The least in the standing is Grad Student.

The results are shown in table 1 below and figure 1. The information is reliable regardless of any biases that may exist, because the sample that was selected with “Yes” responses was the majority. The recommendation can therefore be used to make realistic recondition and conclusion. Out of the 225 respondents, 183 responded with “yes’, making 71.76 % of the total number of respondents. The sample size was selected was 77 made up of 73.77 % students and 26.22 faculty staff. The data was sufficient for making conclusions about the entire college.

From the results, 72% were satisfied while 28 were dissatisfied with the idea of having the café. These respondents answered with “No” to question 3. The college fraternity indeed welcomes the project of the Express Café. The following are the results of the analysis of demand for the café: The results showed that out of all the products that the Express Café intends to offer, only three were selected by one respondent each. Most of the products preferred by the potential customers are not in the current product list.

The Express café will therefore have to adopt new products to accommodate the needs of all the students and faculty staff. From the responses of the students and faculty staff, it is clear that the college fraternity is in need of a café. However, the level of satisfaction about the services and the products is very low.
